Responsibilities:
- Dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on skill level of the technicians
- Call ALL customers on schedule to build company value and connection with information about their scheduled appointment
- Ensure all required information from customer's visit is properly documented from the technicians
- Ensure all calls are booked and scheduled according to company and department standards
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone skills
- Good communication, organizational, math, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Not required but is a plus;
- Service Titan & Microsoft Office experience
- Knowledgeable in Residential Electric/HVAC/Plumbing
Compensation- $18.00 - $20.00/hour
