The HVAC Install Quality Control Supervisor reports directly to the HVAC Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for overseeing the quality of the HVAC installations and duct installations.

Essential Functions
- Leading the development, establishment and updating of OHAC Quality Assurance to assure total compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Manage, motivate, train, and periodically review the performance of all HVAC Installation employees.
- Develop, establish, implement, update inspection procedure, test procedures, and training procedures.
- Create, coordinate, and communicate Quality training to all staff.
- Develop, introduce, and implement systems and process procedures that eliminate call backs and eliminate follow up appointments.
- Regulate material and parts usage to achieve budgeted gross margin percentage.
- Oversee that technicians meet at least once per week, making sure that the technicians and are well educated about their specific contributions necessary to achieve the Company Business Plan. Provide effective, ongoing technical and communication training.
- Always maintain a positive team spirit and is totally committed to providing 100% satisfaction to each of the company’s clients.
- Conduct ride along with service technicians/Installers and complete ride along forms.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Required Education and Experience
- Must have two (2) years HVAC experience
- Must have the ability to train others.
- Must have valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Acceptable criminal background check
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year
