Candidate Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service.
• Must have 2 years in a sales environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Working in our customer service center, you are so much more than a voice on the phone. You are an expert, an ambassador, and someone who saves the day. This is a sales position that requires the evaluation and discussion of the services we offer including services to upgrade new, existing, and previous customers. This role will focus on establishing rapport and building value on the appropriate solution by educating our customers. Ensure customers get the best value by selling multiple service options.
That means always giving our customers the best service, making them feel as if we are going to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
