What You’ll Do
- Perform all steps of drywall installation and finishing
- Handle a variety of residential drywall finishing tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Inspect drywall surfaces for imperfections, including screw heads, misaligned joints, and bad hanging, marking areas for correction
- Apply joint compound, eliminate visible seams, and ensure tape is applied properly without air bubbles or blistering
- Install corner bead, trim beads, and reveal beads straight, plumb, and secure using string lines, laser, square, or a straight edge
- Work independently on job sites, ensuring all drywall repairs and installations are done to a like-new appearance
- Patch and repair existing drywall to match surrounding surfaces seamlessly
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in drywall repairs and installations
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Skilled in using stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders safely
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality craftsmanship
