What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot drainage problems, and provide timely resolutions
- Utilize camera inspections to accurately assess drain lines and identify issues
- Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems
- Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality
- Provide accurate cost estimates and explain findings to customers
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year of experience as a Drain Technician or Plumbing Helper
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity to perform job duties effectively
