What You’ll Do
- Handle preventative maintenance calls in residential homes
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, soldering, and other common plumbing repairs
- Inspect and test residential plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and compliance with building codes
- Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Respond to service calls promptly and prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and installations
