What You’ll Do
- Perform residential home re-piping and plumbing installations
- Collaborate with the Installation department to ensure timely and accurate installations following company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following travel schedules, listening to concerns, and solving problems
- Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
- Document work performed according to company procedures
- Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants or apprentices
- Maintain personal tools and equipment, ensuring they are in operable condition
- Exhibit professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (required)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test (as required by law)
- Physical dexterity to perform plumbing tasks effectively
