What You’ll Do

  • Perform cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage
  • Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to accurately diagnose issues
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
  • Track repairs and work completed using trade software such as ServiceTitan
  • Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician (required)
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check (mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
